At Invention Pitch House, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients and customers. Due to the nature of our offerings and to maintain quality, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Consulting Services and Startup Brand Kit

• Our consulting services, including patent-informatics searches, trademark searches, competitive intelligence searches, route of synthesis selection, and customized secondary and primary research reports, that are tailored specifically to the needs of our clients. Due to the bespoke nature of these consulting services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.
• All sales for the Startup Brand Kit services are final. Due to the customized nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
• Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

2. Research Reports and Datasets

• Due to the digital nature of research reports and datasets, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and downloaded.
• No cancellations are permitted once the order is processed.

3. Online Courses (Learning Management System – LMS)

• No Refunds: All purchases of online courses are final. Refunds are not available once a course has been accessed.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Live Training and Immersion Programs

• All registrations for live training and immersion programs are final. No refunds will be issued after registration.
• The advance registration fee is non-refundable. Monthly payments are due by the 10th of each month. A grace period of 5 days is allowed. If payment is not received by the 15th, access to services may be revoked, and no refund will be provided.

5. General Terms

• Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues preventing access to a purchased service, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will offer support and, if unable to resolve the issue, may provide a credit for future use at our discretion.
• No Cash Refunds: Any refunds granted will be in the form of credit to be used on our platform within six months of issuance.
• Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
